My dad’s grand mother was called Lizzie. When she was a girl she went to school. She had four brothers and one sister, and the girls had to remain at home and help with the work in the house. But great grand ma Lizzie didn’t like doing the housework so she used to hide under the table so her mother didn’t find her ! She used to wait until it was quiet and then go and play in the field. But one day when she climbed a tree her dad saw her. She got into so much trouble that day. |
